Teddington Pools and Fitness Centre

Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre offers two heated indoor swimming pools: a 25-metre, six-lane main pool with depths from under a metre to two metres, and a smaller 13-metre learner pool with a shallow, gently sloping floor. The deck-level Hydrotherapy Pool measures 9.5 by 5 metres and is kept at a therapeutic temperature of around 34–36°C. It's fully accessible, with advanced hoist facilities to support safe entry and exit.
